Our battles are the most exciting matchups in current racquetball competition. We are featuring the best players from around the world, for a fast and action packed night of racquetball. In this war we will be bringing 2 players out of retirement, men's professionals, ladies professionals, and junior players to battle in the most eventful night of racquetball to ever happen. 
1 Matchup will be announced every Tuesday!

THE RULES

well, at Court Wars, it's a little different

Games are played best 2 out of 3 to 11 for high intensity and fast paced games, with only one timeout per match (more time in the court, more action).

All players and refs will have mic's. You will get to hear every ounce of talk between the players, nothing is off limits and replays are sent to the booth upstairs for final review.

All announcers are either current professional players or ex professional players. Be ready to be wowed by the information and knowledge spread throughout the war.

Matchup #1 - Antonio Rojas vs Nikhil Prasad

Antonio Rojas, the Former USA Boys 18 & Under champion is on a mission to show he is the best Junior player the US has to offer. This former champ won both 16 & Under and 18 & Under in the same year and is ready to reclaim his spot on the throne. Due to taking care of his family Antonio (Tatoe) was not able to attend his final Junior Nationals. He is ready to prove that he is still the best the USA has the offer.
Nikhil Prasad, the reigning USA Boys 16 & Under champion arguably has the best front court hands the junior game has seen in a long time. Nikhil comes from a squash background where controlling the rally comes first. Nikhil wears his opponents down by sending them from one side of the court to the other. Nikhil is ready to show the world how good he truly is and prove he is the best junior player the US has to offer.

Matchup #2 - Mario Mercado vs Andree Parrilla

Mario Mercado is currently ranked #12 on the IRT tour. Mario represents the Colombian national team but originally was from Bolivia. Mario recently was the champion of the Arizona IRT pro stop. Mario has a power that is very tough to control on both his serve and in the rally.
Andree Parrilla is currently ranked #5 on the IRT tour. Andree is known to be one of the faster players in the world. Andree has a very smooth game style that lulls you into wanting to kill balls, but Andree keeps rallies going until he finds the right time to strike. Andree is the favorite in this match as he leads the head to head battle 3-2.

Matchup #3 - Erika Manilla vs Jessica Parrilla

This matchup features the longest rivalry in racquetball history USA vs Mexico. This matchup isn't just a singles matchup, this matchup is a war between countries!
Jessica Parrilla, one of Mexico's most exciting racquetball stars to watch! Jessica is known for her fire and willingness to get any ball no matter how low it is. Jessica is one of Mexico's top players and she is looking to defend the title for Team Mexico
Erika Manilla, one of the USA's top up and coming stars. Erika has a passion for the sport that you can physically see when you watch her play! Erika love no war more than a war between countries. Erika brings a new level of excitement to the racquetball world as she looks to bring home the title for team USA.

Matchup #4 - 209 Brothers vs Bredenbeck Brothers

Coming out of retirement is the one and only Markie Rojas. Markie is a former US Open doubles champion with a ranking as high as 6 on the IRT Tour. His partner Jose Diaz is known to be one of the better doubles players in the world. His court awareness and fast hands in the front court makes it unbelievably tough to get balls by him and out of position.
The Bredenbeck brothers are known to be some of the hardest hitters racquetball has ever seen. Hitting balls upwards of 150 MPH these two crush the ball! The Bredenbeck's have a brotherly connection and have been much more active in the racquetball world as of recent!

Matchup #5 - Andres Acuna vs Alex Landa

Andres Acuna is ranked #1 on the Costa Rica national team. Acuna is known for his power and precision on the court. Currently ranked in the top 16 on the IRT Acuna is a matchup that no one wants in their draw.
Alex Landa is currently ranked #3 on the IRT. Landa means business every time he steps on the court. Landa has a very smooth and balanced game, he will wear you down mentally with smart shots and lots of power. He is not afraid to let his opponent and the ref know how he feels and will take any shot no matter if you are in the way or not.
This matchup has lots of built up tension since both players have had history of hitting each other and not being very friendly on the court. This match will be filled with hard hitting and lots of emotion.
