What To Expect

This camp is meant for players of all levels and skill divisions that want to learn from Professional Racquetball players and want to start working on bad habits!

Racquetball IQ

Through the years of coaching we have learned one of the most important aspects to the game is your Racquetball IQ. What shot do you hit when your opponent is "Here". When I am in this position what should I do with the ball!
You could realistically not change any mechanics in your game, but increase your Racquetball IQ and jump to a new level!

Learn How To Practice

One of the biggest struggles we see from players is they don't know how to practice. Going on the court for 10 minutes before you play and hitting the same drop and hits won't help you get to the next level!
You need to learn how to give yourself setups you will see in a game, learn how to be efficient in your training, and most of all it's nice to have someone keep you on track!

How to Train Off Court

Do you have that nagging elbow pain or knee pain from years of this rough sport? Let us teach you how to keep your body healthy so you can stay on the court longer!
The magic is in the simple exercises we do daily to keep our bodies healthy. This sport is so rough on the body, give it the recovery that it needs!

1 on 1 Training

1 on 1 training with one of our coaches to help you with your game! We customize this session to exactly your needs! Work on whatever aspects of the game you struggle with most. 
Throw your headphones in and phone in the back of the court and train as if we are right their with you!

The best thing about our online camp is it doesn't take away from your full weekend! We offer 6, hour long sessions, 3 sessions on court and 3 sessions at home!

  • This is the #1 question we get asked! The answer is simple, YES! All of our coaches (Top Pros) are products of online training. All of us have done online training for years and some continue to do it today! We know the pain points of online coaching because we are products of it, and we have created this camp to address the best way for athletes to learn!

  • The great thing about this camp is all the sessions will be recorded and you will get access to them for a full month after the camp. This allows you to rewatch or do the sessions on your own time if you can't make one of the sessions

  • No, we have 6 sessions total - 3 sessions will be on the court (Group Practice & 1 on 1 private lesson) and 3 sessions at home (Study Sessions & At Home Workout).

  • This camp will teach you how to think in the court - teaching you shot selection and where to be in the court.This camp will help you fix bad habits you can't seem to break.This camp will teach you how to practice alone on the court and actually get better instead of doing the same thing every time.This camp will teach you how to become a better racquetball player!

  • We accept all levels in our camp because our practice sessions are done in a way that you can be any level and benefit from the session. We also run our study sessions in a way where no matter your level you will learn a lot about the game!
